and &#8220;Pharmacy&#8221;.\u00a0 The organizational structure of the system is formed by: administration, certification commissions of the university, department of education quality, educational department, department of technical support of educational activities, deans, university departments.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>3.<\/em><\/strong> University certification is a standardized diagnostic tool for the level of professional competence of university students, regardless of direction and level of studying.<br \/>\n<strong><em>4.<\/em><\/strong> University certification is an integral part of control measures of the quality of the educational process that precedes the state certification of students studying in the specialties &#8220;Medicine&#8221;, &#8220;Dentistry&#8221;, &#8220;Pediatrics&#8221; and &#8220;Pharmacy&#8221;, and doctors (pharmacists) who undergo primary specialization (internship).<br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>5.<\/strong><\/em> University certification includes four separate test exams in accordance with the requirements of training specialists at educational levels.<br \/>\n<strong><em>6.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 The content of test exams of university certification is approved\u00a0 annually by the first vice-rector and must comply with educational programs that are approved by the Academic Council of the university and the content of tests of the testing center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine used in the state certification of applicants for a certain level of higher education.<br \/>\n<strong><em>7.<\/em><\/strong> The terms, procedure and conditions for university certification are approved by the rector of the university.<br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>8.<\/strong><\/em> University test examinations are held by certification committees, which are created on the proposal of the first vice-rector, the composition of which is approved by the rector of the university according to the uniform closed tests for the university, according to a unified methodology, with a centralized verification of the results.<br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>9.<\/strong><\/em> University certification for first-year students determines the quality of mastering of theoretical disciplines and consists of test exams in biology and histology, which in content correspond to the curriculum and programs for these disciplines in the first year.<br \/>\n<strong><em>10.<\/em><\/strong> University certification for second-year students determines the quality of mastering theoretical disciplines and consists of test exams in microbiology, physiology, anatomy and biochemistry, which in content correspond to the curriculum and programs for these disciplines in the second year.<br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>11.<\/strong><\/em> University certification for third-year students determines the quality of mastering theoretical disciplines and consists of test exams in biology, histology, microbiology, physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, pathological anatomy, pathological physiology and pharmacology, which in content correspond to the curriculum and programs for these disciplines \u00a0in all three courses of study.<br \/>\n<strong><em>12.<\/em><\/strong> &#8220;University certification&#8221; in 5 (dentistry, pharmacy) and 6 (medical, pediatrics, medicine) courses is an exam with professionally oriented disciplines, the content corresponds to the educational and professional training program for specialists \/ masters.<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>13.<\/em><\/strong> The list of academic disciplines for which &#8220;University certification&#8221; is carried out, depending on the course of study and specialty:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Specialty &#8220;Medicine&#8221;, &#8220;Pediatrics&#8221;, &#8220;General Medicine&#8221;:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>1 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0medical biology, histology.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>2 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0physiology, microbiology, biological and bioorganic chemistry, human anatomy.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0pathomorphology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, medical biology, histology, physiology, microbiology, biological and bioorganic chemistry, human anatomy.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>6 course\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0therapeutic profile, surgical profile, pediatric profile, obstetrics and gynecology, hygienic profile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Specialty &#8220;Medicine&#8221;, &#8220;General Medicine&#8221; (junior specialists):<br \/>\n<em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0medical biology, histology, physiology, human anatomy.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>3 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0pathomorphology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, medical biology, histology, physiology, microbiology, biological and bioorganic chemistry, human anatomy.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>6 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0therapeutic profile, surgical profile, pediatric profile, obstetrics and gynecology, hygienic profile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Specialty &#8220;Dentistry&#8221;:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>1 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; (junior specialists):<br \/>\n<em>2 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0medical biology, histology, physiology, human anatomy, biological and bioorganic chemistry.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0pathomorphology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, medical biology, histology, physiology, microbiology, biological and bioorganic chemistry, human anatomy.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>5 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0therapeutic dentistry, surgical dentistry, orthopedic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, pediatric therapeutic dentistry, pediatric surgical dentistry, orthodontics.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Specialty &#8220;Pharmacy&#8221; (full-time education):<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>2 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0physical and colloid chemistry, pathophysiology, pharmaceutical botany, microbiology, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>3 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0physical and colloid chemistry, pharmaceutical botany, microbiology, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biological chemistry, pharmacology.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 5 course<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, ATL, ZTL, OEF, MMF, clinical pharmacy.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<em>14.<\/em><\/strong> When scheduling the educational process for interns, the deadline for conducting University certification is assumed (2 weeks) no less than three weeks before passing the Krok-3 integrated license exam.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>15.<\/em><\/strong> The list of academic disciplines (directions of training) for which &#8220;University certification&#8221; is conducted by interns, depending on the specialty:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGeneral medical preparation\u201d<br \/>\n&#8211;<\/strong> General issues<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Emergency conditions<strong><br \/>\n&#8211;<\/strong> Organization of emergency assistance<strong><br \/>\n&#8211;<\/strong> Medical assistance in combat<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Therapeutic profile<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Surgical profile<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Pediatric profile<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Obstetric and gynecological profile<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Infectious profile<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Diagnostics and differential diagnostics<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Patient management<br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;Dentistry&#8221;<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211; <\/strong>General issues<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Primary prevention of dental diseases<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Caries<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Complications of caries<strong><br \/>\n&#8211;<\/strong> Periodontal pathology<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Pathology of the lips, tongue, oral mucosa<strong><br \/>\n&#8211;<\/strong> Inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Defects requiring prosthetics<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Maxillofacial abnormality and deformation<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Emergency conditions<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Complications arising from dental interventions<\/p>\n<p><em>16.<\/em> Students (interns) who are not certified in the discipline (disciplines) which are included in the University certification in any\u00a0 training course are not allowed to the University certification.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>17.<\/em><\/strong> University certification may be held in the form of computer or written testing.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 18.<\/em><\/strong> The task for the final test is developed by the faculty of the relevant department.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 19.<\/em><\/strong> The mark of the results of &#8220;University certification&#8221; is carried out by the department of quality management of the educational process.\u00a0 Testing during the University certification is 100-200 minutes per group: written or computer testing.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 20.<\/em><\/strong> Written or computer tests are stored in the department of quality management of the educational process during the year.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>21.<\/em><\/strong> University certification and its duration are planned in accordance with the schedule of the educational process.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 22.<\/em><\/strong> Questions for University certification, criteria for assessing control tasks are brought by the teacher to the students at the beginning of the study of the discipline.\u00a0 In current classes, the teacher acquaints students with samples of control tasks.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>23.<\/em><\/strong> Similar questions on which the University certification in academic disciplines is carried out should be in the corresponding department, can be posted on the department\u2019s website in electronic form and issued to students upon their request.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>24.<\/em><\/strong> The results of the University certification are brought to students after its completion.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>25.<\/em><\/strong> A student who does not agree with the assessment obtained by the results of the final control has the right to appeal immediately after the announcement of the assessment.\u00a0 In this case, the first vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work appoints an appeal commission, which is obliged to consider the appeal in the presence of the student.\u00a0 Repeated passing of the University certification upon appeal is not allowed.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<em>26.<\/em><\/strong> <strong>The results of passing the University certification are assessed on a two-point scale &#8211; \u201cpassed\u201d, \u201cdid not pass\u201d<\/strong> and are entered in the examination-record sheet, student&#8217;s record book and personal file.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>27.<\/em><\/strong> Minimum criteria for successful passing (&#8220;passed&#8221;) University certification (integrated exam):<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Specialty &#8220;Medicine&#8221;, &#8220;Pediatrics&#8221;, &#8220;General Medicine&#8221;:<br \/>\n<em>1 course<\/em> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><em>65%<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<em>2 course\u00a0 <\/em>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><em>70%<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 course \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>75%<strong><br \/>\n6 course \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; (junior specialists):<br \/>\n<em>2 course \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><em>70%<strong><br \/>\n3 course \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>75%<strong><br \/>\n5 course \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>75%<br \/>\n<\/em><strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Specialty &#8220;Pharmacy&#8221; (full-time education):<br \/>\n<em>2 course \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>70%<strong><br \/>\n3 course \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>75%<strong><br \/>\n5 course \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>75%<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Interns \u00a0\u00a0&#8211; \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><em>80%.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>28.<\/em> Upon successful completion of University certification, a student or intern is granted admission to the next state certification or the next stage of mastering a program of the appropriate level of education.<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 29.<\/em><\/strong> All students (interns-doctors) who received the result \u201cdid not pass\u201d at the University certification are allowed to repeat the University certification no more than two times before the deadline allocated to the University certification according to the schedule of the educational process.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>30.<\/em><\/strong> A re-certification schedule for university certification is created by the academic department and approved by the rector, or his instructions, by the first vice-rector.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>31.<\/em><\/strong> In case of failure to pass the University certification, the student (intern doctor) is not allowed to the\u00a0 next examination session and is expelled from the university as has not completed the curriculum.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <em>32.<\/em><\/strong> A student (intern doctor) who, for respectful reason, could not attend the University certification, by permission of the dean, may draw up missed University certification at the time determined by the dean\u2019s office, in agreement with the department of education quality control.<\/p>\n<p><em>33.<\/em> Exceptions are 3rd and 6th year students, as well as interns who must eliminate academic debt by the end of the deadline for university certification.<\/p>\n<p><em>34.<\/em> Coordination and methodological guidance in holding university certification is carried out by the administration, deans, the central methodological council of the university, certification commissions, the education quality department and the corresponding departments of the university, in their activities they are guided by the current legislation, orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, state standards of higher education, as well as this\u00a0 Position.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"442\">Acting the first vice-rector for scientific and<br \/>\npedagogical work<strong>Agreed:<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"165\">I.A.
