On February 1, DNMU hosted the #OpenDay, which was attended by high school students with their parents, as well as graduates of medical colleges.
The program of the event included a study of human anatomy, visits to the departments of pathomorphology, forensic medicine and histology, the department of medical physics and information technologies.
Visitors were introduced to the features of an interactive anatomy desk, microscopes, computer class, and a library where a large batch of books had recently arrived.
In the auditorium, the Dean of the Second Medical Faculty, Honored Doctor of Ukraine Petro Sidorenko spoke about the conditions of #admission and the difficulties that students may have in studying #medicine.. Peter Ivanovich also spoke about the work of the #CounselingCenter, where you can get free consultations to prepare for the exams in chemistry, biology and physics.
At the same time, students who are entering the first year of #Kropyvnytskyi will study here permanently, but if they wish they will be able to take internships abroad as well as international exchange. Last week, work began on the signing of an agreement between DNMU and the Higher School in Katowice (Poland), on the basis of which the #FacultyofMedicine operates, said Senior Lecturer in the Department of Medical Physics and Information Technology # 2 Olga Lungol.
The guests learned about the specialties that can be obtained at DNMU and the conditions of study on the state and contract form. At the end of the meeting, everyone received an answer to a question.
